After finishing 24 years in the Infantry my body obviously picked up a few injuries over the years and just chatting to a friend over a pint he mentioned 'Hands for Heroes'.
As it's free I thought I'd give it a go.
I went on the website and registered where I was told that my nearest chiropractor is in Swindon so I booked a time and headed there. After my initial treatment I walked out thinking I'd wasted my time as I didn't feel any different at all. That was till the next day when it felt like I'd been hit by a bus. She didn't seem to do much when i was there but she obviously did something due to the massive ache I experienced for the next 3 to 4 days.
I've been back about 5 times now and started to feel the benefit after the 3rd time, things still aren't completely sorted but at least I can feel it doing some good.
Anyone I know who was in the army and they've been to the Gulf, Iraq or/and Afghan then I've recommended this "Hands for Heroes'.
